1. Lie down in a comfortable position that requires no muscle strength for support.
2. Breathe deeply 10 times very slowly.
3. Lie motionless for about 1 minute.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 as necessary.

My resolution for 2010 is to rest more. In this blog I label lessons learned, challenges faced, achievements accomplished, interesting stories and other tidbits of information that I find interesting. I don't try to be pious, but I believe in God and many of my entries will invariably (and unashamedly) be of a spiritual nature. My blogs are usually less than 500 words and, hopefully, interesting to read!
